The client needed to comply with the first phase of Saudi Arabia’s e-invoicing regulations (GAZT). This required generating invoices in a structured format with QR codes containing vendor and tax details. The second phase required integration with GAZT’s systems for real-time data submission.
CCS Technologies developed a custom SAP Business One add-on to generate e-invoices compliant with GAZT regulations. The solution embedded QR codes with necessary details (Vendor Name, TRN No., Invoice Amount, Tax Amount) and prepared the system for future integration with GAZT’s platforms.
