What you can expect from the job

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with expertise in handling lead generation for Document Management System, SharePoint Portal, Platform Development &/or SAP ERP. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within these technology stacks.

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify opportunities related to the Document Management System, SharePoint, Platform Development &/or SAP ERP

Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and articulate how our solutions can address them

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contact potential prospects through cold/warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, Forums

Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services from within the Microsoft/Platforms/SAP Ecosystem

Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

Proactively seek new business opportunities in market

Set up regular meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Regional Sales Team.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies

Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up

Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to the Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, and SAP ERP

What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Other desirable skills/characteristics

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, DMS, Power Platform, CRM systems, Platforms development and SAP ERP lead generation would be preferred.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.

Willingness to travel domestic/international.
