The client has been using SAP as ERP along with Oracle DB for the past 6 years and has seen a significant increase in data volumes, in-line with their rapid business growth. They also used SAP DMS extensively as they deal with a massive volume of documents. Their IT Infrastructure catering to SAP had almost reached its EOL with degradation in application performance over the years that impacted their work efficiency.
